No. The printer and the discounted supplies can be placed on separate orders and shipped at different times. As long as both are purchased during the promotion period (April 6 – December 31, 2026), you're covered. Orders must ship within 30 days of the promotion end date.
For every new Zebra printer you purchase, you get 20% off one case of barcode labels and one case of ribbon. The discount is applied at the time of purchase — no rebate forms, no waiting. There's no minimum order required.
Direct thermal printers don't require ribbon. In that case, you still get the 20% discount on one case of labels — the ribbon portion simply doesn't apply.
One case of labels and one case of ribbon per printer purchased. If you buy three printers, you're eligible for three discounted cases of labels and three discounted cases of ribbon.
